And it’s not always easy. You may lose sight of each other or get into arguments about how to handle things. You may feel alone, insecure or feel like you can never get it right. You don’t always manage to stay connected and attentive enough to each other.
Do you have children under the age of 10 and recognize this? Then this training can help you become closer together again in a short period of time.
What is it?
A “Hold Me” training helps to improve your (partner) relationship. By following the training most participants create a deeper emotional connection with each other. You learn to look differently at the patterns in your relationship. You learn to stop negative patterns and to recognize and discuss underlying emotions and needs. You get to know yourself and each other better. All this creates more peace and a healthier balance in your relationship.

The training covers the following topics:
- The role of emotions in love and connection and bonding
- learning to recognize and break (destructive) patterns, what keeps going wrong?
- dealing differently with difficult moments that have occurred in the relationship.
- Building a safe and stable foundation to discuss difficult things.
The training is set up so that there is a communal part, interspersed with conversations alone with your partner in a private place in the room. During the training we work with video material and exercises. We will not discuss individual “problems” in a group setting.
The training is also called the MOT of your relationship and is not meant to be relationship therapy.
