We wish everyone a happy relationship. Whether it is your partner, family member or colleague, a good relationship is a tremendous strength. When you know you can turn to the other person, you dare to be more autonomous and fall back on them. There is no autonomy without connectedness.
How we work
It’s not nothing to show yourself to people you don’t know much, if at all. And at the same time, it means a lot. We are aware that it takes a lot of courage to share your and your story with us as an outsider. Showing vulnerability, opening and sharing is a process that takes time.
Everyone has their own pace and moment in this. Our focus in counseling is entirely on building trust, being reliable and providing safety. We believe that only within these conditions is it possible to open.
