These are the steps you follow:
We make it as easy as possible for you to register. In principle, you can go through all the steps online. But if you need to, feel free to send us an email as well!

You register for the specific Hold Me Tight training that you want to follow. You can do this on the Hold Me Tight Page or at the overview of the training sessions above.
02.
If you have registered, you will automatically receive information and a request to complete a screening. You will then receive a payment request. After payment, the registration is final.
03.
To prepare well, you only have to do 1 thing: create the conditions to be able to be present at the training in peace. So arrange a babysitter or hotel, reschedule work or inform your adolescent.
